For Orders: 

We believe in hassle-free shopping! There are no shipping or handling fees—it's absolutely FREE.

Delivery Time

We process orders as quickly as possible. Typically, your order will be handed over to our delivery partner within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

For most pin codes, we aim to deliver within 7 days. However, unforeseen circumstances like weather disruptions, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or other factors may cause delays. Don’t worry—you’ll be able to track your order through a unique tracking link provided after dispatch.

International Orders

For international shipments, we cannot guarantee whether customs duties or import taxes will be applied. Any such charges are imposed by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient.

Partial COD Orders

If you've placed an order using Partial COD, please note that the deposit amount (₹99) is non-refundable in case of non-delivery.

Order Cancellations

IMPORTANT - Once the shipping label is generated and the shipment is booked, the parcel cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order, please ensure you do so before this stage by emailing us at support@celesteindia.com.
